I adore cheese. Mozzarella, Seasoned Goat, Paneer, Bleu, Limburger, Havarti, Sage Derby, Feta, Queso, Colby Jack, Cream, Monterey Jack, Muenster, Cottage, String, Brie, Brick, Gorgonzola, Marble, Provolone, and Gouda, are just a few that come to mind which taste divine.
So, needless to say, I was thrilled to pieces when my colleague and I found this fantastic cheese curd at Beecher’s in Seattle. Oh my! Sadly, it has been a year since I’ve been there and took this photo, and I have yet to find a cheese in my hometown that even compares to the deliciousness of this marvelous find.
Morale of the Story: Joy can, at times, equal cheese. If it’s the right one made at the right time, eaten with a loving heart.

Wow! You might like cheese more than I do! But what, no cheddar? 🙂

Oops! But I did say that these were just a few of the cheeses I enjoy. Yes, I enjoy cheddar, especially white cheddar lately.
I’ve bought cheese curds from all of the local stores, and I still can’t find a cheese curd as smooth as the one in Seattle. They do ship, but I’m not sure I’m willing to pay the shipping price. 🙂
