The view from the airport. It makes the flight go better after enjoying a view like this. (And a couple of Valium.)

Seattle, Washington: Of Interest 03
I adore cheese. Mozzarella, Seasoned Goat, Paneer, Bleu, Limburger, Havarti, Sage Derby, Feta, Queso, Colby Jack, Cream, Monterey Jack, Muenster, Cottage, String, Brie, Brick, Gorgonzola, Marble, Provolone, and Gouda, are just a few that come to mind which taste divine.
So, needless to say, I was thrilled to pieces when my colleague and I found this fantastic cheese curd at Beecher’s in Seattle. Oh my! Sadly, it has been a year since I’ve been there and took this photo, and I have yet to find a cheese in my hometown that even compares to the deliciousness of this marvelous find.
Morale of the Story: Joy can, at times, equal cheese. If it’s the right one made at the right time, eaten with a loving heart.
Seattle, Washington: Of Interest 01
Over a year ago, I was blessed to spend some time in Seattle, Washington. I’m not much on traveling, but this is a place I have desired to see. Granted, most of the time was spent in the basement conference rooms of yet another lovely hotel.
However, we made sure to pack in as much sight-seeing as possible.
The thing I enjoyed most was the Pike Place (or is it Street?) Market. So many sights to see, smells to inhale, and voices to hear. For this, I would fly over mountains again!
Moral of the Story: Sometimes, we’ll do what we don’t expect for what we are pleasantly surprised to find.
